Conquer the King of the Monsters in Fortnite! Godzilla is invading Fortnite Chapter 6, offering players the unique chance to become – or defeat – the legendary kaiju. This guide details how to participate in this epic event.
Becoming Godzilla:
The path to becoming Godzilla requires a bit of luck. A rift will appear randomly on the Battle Royale island in each match. Be the first to locate and enter this rift to transform into Godzilla.
Once transformed, unleash Godzilla's devastating abilities: the Roar to pinpoint nearby players, the Mighty Stomp Attack to send opponents flying, and the powerful Heat Ray to inflict significant damage. However, be warned: the entire lobby will be united against you.
Defeating Godzilla:
For the 99 players who don't become Godzilla, a thrilling battle awaits. Godzilla has weak points; targeting these will yield Godzilla Fragments, granting 40 health and three dash charges. Mobility is key, so utilize dashes effectively.
The Rail Gun returns for this event, providing a potent weapon against Godzilla. Higher-rarity weapons are also effective. The player who inflicts the most damage on Godzilla earns the Godzilla Medallion (with a dash ability) and the exotic Burst Quad Launcher.
Even if you don't become Godzilla, defeating him offers valuable rewards and bragging rights.
