Following the January 18th introduction of four new heroes, balance tweaks quickly followed. Holliday's Crackshot ability now affects units, halving its cooldown in those instances. Calico's Ava ability gains the power to destroy objects during its activation.
These changes also extended to veteran heroes. Kelvin received a health boost (from 600 to 650), while Vendicta experienced reductions in both bullet speed (810 to 740) and movement speed (nine to eight). In total, eleven heroes, including the newcomers, received targeted adjustments.
Deadlock remains in closed beta, boasting a healthy online player count consistently fluctuating between 7,000 and 20,000 players.
