Across the wilderness of Midgard, the dead now wander by day. River water burns the throat, Valkyries no longer escort the slain to Valhalla, and a sinister presence lurks within forest shadows and deep ravines. The goddess Hel is the cause—she cursed these lands with dark magic in just 15 days, and now she seeks to subjugate the realm of the living.
Death has been undone
You are the immortal, courageous Jarl of the northern warriors, no longer bound by death. Healers and shamans are baffled, unable to explain this phenomenon. But with the path to Valhalla barred, only one option remains: take up arms and drive the shadow creatures back to Helheim!
