After completing the main story battles of Suppression of You Province, Suppression of Jing Province, and Suppression of Liang Province, you'll return to the city of Ji and encounter a character named Sima Hui.
Following your conversation with Sima Hui and completing a task to fetch incense for the Innkeeper, the Shui Jing Retreat will appear in the overworld right next to Ji. This is where you'll meet Sima Hui again, and importantly, where you can utilize your Old Coins. Besides checking your bonds and rewatching past interactions, you can turn in your Old Coins to receive various rewards.
