Meghan Fitzmartin is adapting the story, originally penned by Grant Morrison and illustrated by Frank Quitely. For the audiobook, Quitely has crafted a new cover illustration, showcased below:
Set in an alternate universe, All-Star Superman follows Superman as he confronts his mortality after overexposure to the sun. The narrative tracks Kal-El's journey as he discloses his secret identity to Lois Lane and embarks on a series of heroic challenges reminiscent of the 12 Labors of Hercules, culminating in a final confrontation with his nemesis, Lex Luthor.
