Obtaining Your Own Bed
Securing permanent sleeping quarters should be your first priority after entering the open world. During the Wedding Crashers quest, whether you follow the blacksmith or miller's storyline, both Radovan and Kreyzl will eventually provide you with sleeping accommodations.
In my experience, choosing Radovan proves convenient since his location in Tachov is nearer your starting point. Complete his smithing tutorial, and you'll gain access to the bedroom adjacent to his forge.

This bed becomes your permanent resting spot marked on the map, accompanied by a storage chest for your belongings. Return here whenever you need to recover your health through rest.
Sleeping at Campsites
When traveling far from home, roadside campsites serve as convenient alternatives. These locations appear throughout the wilderness, though some may require clearing out hostile occupants first.
Discovered campsites automatically appear on your map. While bedrolls offer less comfort than proper beds, they effectively restore your health when needed.
As a last resort, you might attempt sleeping in NPC-owned beds, but beware - getting caught may lead to trouble with local authorities unless you can talk your way out.
