The Bull Mural is located within the Tombs section of the map, accessible after opening the tomb door from the starting area. Before attempting this puzzle, ensure you've Pack-a-Punched your weapon and acquired the Monocle by eliminating a Shock Mimic.
With the Monocle in hand, head to the right side of the Tombs area, where you'll find purple lanterns. Shoot all the lanterns until the light in front of the Bull Mural glows.
Eight Roman numeral symbols will then illuminate on the bull. The solution lies in shooting these numerals in ascending order, from I to VIII.
