Not all devices support Alexa Plus. Amazon indicates that older models, including the Echo Dot 1st Gen, Echo 1st Gen, Echo Plus 1st Gen, Amazon Tap, Echo Show 1st Gen, Echo Show 2nd Gen, and Echo Spot 1st Gen, will continue using the standard Alexa. The company adds on the Alexa Plus Early Access page, "We plan to roll out Alexa Plus to additional devices soon, including Fire TV, Fire tablets, and Alexa.com."
