Kahoot! Algebra by DragonBox introduces key algebra concepts such as:

Designed for ages five and above, Kahoot! Algebra by DragonBox lets young minds explore the essentials of solving equations.
Kahoot! Algebra by DragonBox applies a fresh teaching approach grounded in discovery and experimentation. Kids learn equation-solving in a vibrant, game-based setting where they can test ideas and express creativity. By moving cards and working to isolate the DragonBox on one side of the board, players intuitively discover the steps needed to isolate X in an equation. Gradually, the cards are replaced with numbers and variables, uncovering the addition, division, and multiplication concepts they’ve practiced.
The game can be played independently, but parents can also join in to help connect in-game learning to solving equations on paper. It’s a fantastic family activity and a chance for adults to refresh their math knowledge too.
DragonBox was created by former math teacher Jean-Baptiste Huynh and has earned praise as a top example of game-based education. Its success has even inspired a major research initiative by the University of Washington's Center for Game Science.
