Etheria: Restart, an upcoming 3D turn-based gacha by XD Inc, is gearing up for its CBT globally. The recruitment for the closed beta test of the game is already live. If you’re willing to dive in, this will be your chance to step into a futuristic metropolis hanging by a thread after a global freeze turned humanity’s existence into a digital dream. Phew!
When Does the Etheria: Restart CBT Begin?
The Etheria: Restart CBT is running from January 9th, 11:00 to January 20th, 11:00 (UTC+8). It’s a non-paid, data-wipe test, which means you’ll be starting fresh once it’s over. It’s also going to be cross-platform, so you can switch between mobile and PC with data synchronization.
At 19:00 (UTC+8), the Etheria: Restart team is hosting a livestream on YouTube, Twitch and Discord with more info about the CBT. If you want in, you can head to the socials of Etheria: Restart on January 3rd. Besides diving into the game’s features, there are giveaways on YouTube during the stream.

What’s the Game About?
After a global freeze, the Earth is in chaos. So, humanity saves itself by uploading consciousness into a digital haven called Etheria. But alongside humans, Etheria is home to Animus, beings powered by Anima energy.
They all lived in harmony until a disaster called Genesis corrupted the Animus, turning them hostile. So, players take on the role of Hyperlinkers, humanity’s defenders in the virtual realm to uncover Etheria’s dark secrets and save everyone.
Built on Unreal Engine, the game brings turn-based strategy with layers of team-building possibilities. You’ll be crafting synergies, experimenting with skill combos and finding ways to outsmart opponents.
Each Animus has its own Prowess system and nearly 100 Ether Module sets, letting you tweak combat styles to suit your vibe. You can face off in one-on-one duels in the PvP mode or the PVE content is packed with challenges too.
