For a limited time, Best Buy is offering an incredible deal on the SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless gaming headset, compatible with PC, PS4, and PlayStation 5. You can snag this top-tier headset for just $139.99, which is a massive 50% off the original $280 price tag. This offer is even sweeter than SteelSeries' Easter Sale, where it was priced at $189.99. The Arctis Pro Wireless was SteelSeries' flagship model before the newer Arctis Nova Pro hit the market, and it's one of only two models featuring swappable batteries.

The SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless was the pinnacle of gaming headsets in SteelSeries' lineup until the Arctis Nova Pro came along. It's packed with unique features that set it apart from the competition, including a standalone base station with a volume knob and an OLED display, the ability to pair simultaneously via Bluetooth and 2.4GHz WiFi, and the standout feature: a **hot-swappable battery system**. This ingenious design ensures you never have to stop playing to recharge, as SteelSeries provides two batteries—one for use and one for charging in the base station.

The build quality of the Arctis Pro is among the best you'll find in any SteelSeries headset. It features a lightweight steel and aluminum alloy headband and a comfortable suspension headstrap perfect for long gaming sessions. The ear cushions are crafted from AirWeave performance fabric, similar to those on the newer Arctis Nova Pro. The retractable ClearCast boom microphone is another highlight, and the audio quality is exceptional, thanks to premium 40mm speaker drivers with high-density neodymium magnets that deliver high-resolution sound up to 40,000Hz.

SteelSeries Arctis Pro Review by Matt Elliot:

"The SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless boasts premium build quality, a comfortable design, and outstanding sound. Plus, the clever battery-swapping design means you’ll never be without power. As good as its sound is, however, I give the performance edge to the Arctis Pro + GameDAC. Sure, it’s wired, but it’s still very comfortable and versatile and $70 cheaper. Or you can save a bundle and opt for the wireless Arctis 7 for less than half the price."

The Arctis Pro was succeeded by the Arctis Nova Pro in 2022. The best price for a brand new pair of Nova Pros currently sits at $270 on Amazon. While the Nova Pro is an excellent headset with favorable reviews and significant upgrades like active noise cancellation and USB Type-C charging, it's certainly not worth nearly double the cost of the Arctis Pro.
