Get ready, Pokémon TCG Pocket fans! The Celestial Guardians expansion is set to launch worldwide on April 30th, 2025, inviting you to explore the enchanting Alola region under its Sun and Moon.

What’s New in Pokémon TCG Pocket Celestial Guardians Expansion?

The Celestial Guardians expansion introduces two exciting new digital booster packs, spotlighting the majestic Solgaleo and Lunala. Accompanied by beloved characters like Lillie and other iconic figures from the Alola era, this update is a collector's dream come true. With over 200 cards to discover, the expansion includes powerhouse Pokémon ex such as Solgaleo ex and Lunala ex, alongside the beloved Alola starters—Rowlet, Litten, and Popplio—making their long-awaited debut in the Pocket app.

Starting May 1st, showcase your collection with flair using the new Rowlet-themed binder cover and display board. Dive into the world of Celestial Guardians in Pokémon TCG Pocket and see what treasures await!

What Are the Events?

Mark your calendars! From April 30th at 06:00 a.m. UTC to May 13th at 05:59 a.m. UTC, engage in solo battles to earn exclusive promo cards, including one featuring the legendary Rayquaza ex.

Simultaneously, special missions will be available from April 30th until May 29th at 05:59 a.m. UTC, offering you a chance to secure a unique version of Rayquaza ex, along with a host of accessories and other rewards.

Don't miss the Half-Year Celebration for Pokémon TCG Pocket, starting April 29th at 11:00 p.m. PDT, just hours before the Celestial Guardians expansion drops. During the celebration, from April 29th to May 12th, participate in solo battles to receive Promo Pack A Series Vol. 7 boosters, where you can find the new Rayquaza ex promo card. The missions will continue until May 28th, giving you ample opportunities to collect all the rewards.
