Honkai: Star Rail Leaks Reveal Anaxa's Versatile Abilities

Recent leaks from Honkai: Star Rail offer a sneak peek at Anaxa, a highly anticipated new character from the Amphoreus region. These leaks suggest Anaxa will be a utility powerhouse, bringing a unique blend of abilities to the game.

Early information points to Anaxa possessing several key functionalities. His kit is expected to include manipulation of enemy weaknesses, mirroring the capabilities of characters like Silver Wolf. He'll also be able to delay enemy actions, a valuable tactical advantage. Furthermore, Anaxa is rumored to possess offensive capabilities, potentially reducing enemy defense and boosting damage output for himself or his allies. A concrete release date for Anaxa remains unconfirmed.

Anaxa's leaked abilities appear to draw inspiration from several popular Star Rail characters. His weakness application echoes Silver Wolf's strategic flexibility, while his defense reduction shares similarities with Pela's utility. The enemy action delay mechanic is a familiar feature seen in characters such as Silver Wolf and Welt.

This combination of abilities positions Anaxa as a potentially dominant support character. Currently, the game's meta is heavily influenced by top-tier supports like Ruan Mei and Robin, with newer additions like Sunday and Fugue also gaining popularity. Tribbie, a damage-focused support character slated for Version 3.1, is another example of this trend. Anaxa's leaked abilities suggest he could significantly impact Honkai: Star Rail's meta upon his arrival.

Anaxa, a Flame-Chaser from Honkai Impact 3rd, is one of several versions of these characters debuting in the game's fourth playable world, Amphoreus. His arrival, along with other Amphoreus characters like Phainon (Kevin Kaslana) and Cyrene (Elysia), adds to the growing roster of Honkai Impact 3rd character variants already present in Honkai: Star Rail (such as Seele, Bronya, and Himeko). The anticipation surrounding Anaxa's release is high, given the promising glimpse into his gameplay.
