Marcin Blacha, VP and Narrative Lead at CD Projekt Red, stressed that Project Hadar requires an "outstanding development team." Talented game creators are invited to explore current job openings and join this groundbreaking project.
Building An Original Universe
Unlike The Witcher series (based on Andrzej Sapkowski's novels) and Cyberpunk 2077 (inspired by the tabletop RPG), Project Hadar represents CD Projekt's first completely original IP. While details remain limited (we only know it won't be cosmic horror), the project had just about twenty team members until recently.

Ambitious Expansion Underway
The Hadar team is currently recruiting for key positions including systems programmers, VFX specialists, technical artists, narrative designers, and quest creators. Industry veterans calling this a "career-defining opportunity" suggests the project has moved from conceptual phase to active production.
CD Projekt Red currently maintains multiple development teams. The largest group is focused on Project Polaris, the first installment of the new Witcher trilogy starring Ciri. Additional teams are developing both a Cyberpunk 2077 sequel and another Witcher universe title.
