2025 is set to be a monumental year for DC Comics, with one of the most eagerly awaited releases being the sequel to the iconic Batman: Hush storyline, titled Batman: Hush 2. This project is particularly notable because DC's President, Publisher, and Chief Creative Officer, Jim Lee, is steering this monthly Batman comic. Launching in March with Batman #158, Hush 2 serves as a direct follow-up to the critically acclaimed Hush saga, which originally ran from 2002 to 2004.
DC has unveiled an extended preview of Batman #158, along with a sneak peek at Batman #159 and a showcase of the various variant covers for the Hush 2 series, also known as H2sh. You can explore all these visuals in the slideshow gallery below:

While DC has explored several Hush-related narratives since the original series concluded, Batman: Hush 2 marks the first time the original creative team has come back together. This sequel reunites writer Jeph Loeb and artist Jim Lee, alongside inker Scott Williams, colorist Alex Sinclair, and letterer Richard Starkings.
Hush 2 picks up from the recent epilogue featured in the Batman: Hush 20th Anniversary Edition. In this new chapter, the Dark Knight uncovers evidence that his childhood friend, Tommy Elliot, survived their last confrontation. This revelation sets the stage for a fresh mystery as Hush cunningly manipulates Batman's network of allies and adversaries.
The storyline will unfold across Batman issues #158-163, with Batman #158 hitting stores on March 26. Following this arc, DC plans to relaunch the series with a new #1 issue and a new costume, heralding a fresh era for the Dark Knight, crafted by writer Matt Fraction and artist Jorge Jimenez.
