According to Gematsu, a reliable source for Japanese game launches, The New Denpa Men will be available on iOS and Android starting March 10th. Fans of the series might recall its origins on the 3DS, where it pioneered the use of AR through the console's camera—a feature that's expected to make a comeback in this mobile version.
The Denpa Men series, while not as mainstream as Mario or Zelda, has carved out a niche for itself on various Nintendo platforms over the years. Developer Genius Sonority is no stranger to mobile gaming, having previously released the original version of New Denpa Men on mobile before its remaster on the Nintendo Switch.
This upcoming mobile release adds another layer of complexity to the game's history, as it's essentially a rerelease of a mobile game that was later remastered for the Switch.
