Radovan informs you that the sword, crafted from the Hermit’s Sword as Lord Semine’s gift, has vanished. He saw someone he didn't recognize, dressed in yellow, lurking around. Your first step is to locate this mysterious man in yellow.
As you search, you can question anyone wearing yellow about the missing sword. While most will deny any involvement, some might point you toward the stable’s upper level, where they saw a man in yellow. Upon investigating, you'll find Hans trying to charm a woman.

You can ask Hans about Svatya's motives or what he did with the sword, but he suggests you confront Svatya directly since he didn't follow him after the theft.
Confronting Svatya
Svatya is easy to spot. Head out from the stables and look toward the musicians playing for the dancing wedding guests. Svatya will be to the right, drinking by the stable wall, and you'll notice he has a sword.
Unfortunately, Svatya has already disposed of Lord Semine’s gift. He confesses to taking it out of spite for Old Semine’s treatment of them, aiming to embarrass him by suggesting he misplaced his son’s present. He threw the sword into the pond, not having time to hide it properly. If you danced with Myshka, she led you to the pond; otherwise, find it behind Radovan.
Getting the Sword

Once you return Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the ceremony can begin. Ensure you complete any pre-wedding tasks before speaking to Radovan. Then, congratulate the newlyweds and move on to the next main quest.
