The Blast from the Past event in *The Sims 4* has fans scrambling to unlock the latest rewards. Fortunately, finding the essential resources, Plathinum and Ironyum, is straightforward. Here's a guide on where to locate these items during the event.
How to Find Plathinum & Ironyum in The Sims 4 Blast From the Past Event
If you're tackling the "Echoes of Time" portion of the Blast from the Past Week 2 quests, you'll soon move on to "Inventing the Past." This quest requires you to hunt down Plathinum and Ironyum for Emit, and the process is refreshingly simple.
To find Plathinum and Ironyum, head to areas with rocks and dirt mounds, such as parks. Pause the game to scan the area effectively. When you spot the resources, approach and dig. It might take a few attempts, but you'll eventually uncover Plathinum and Ironyum, unlocking the next quest to build the Time Travel Component.
If rocks and dirt mounds are hard to find, you can speed up time to make them appear faster. Just be mindful not to miss your chance to dig and collect the resources.
