While Dress to Impress is free to play, obtaining a VIP Pass requires Robux, Roblox's in-game currency purchased with real money.
In Dress to Impress, click the middle yellow icon on the left side of your screen. This opens a menu showing in-game purchases, including Custom Makeup, the VIP Pass, and the ability to Run Faster.
Click "Purchase" under VIP; you'll see two options:
