Set to begin on February 21, this season will introduce a thrilling collaboration with the legendary fighting franchise, Mortal Kombat. Players can look forward to Sub-Zero joining the Battle Pass, with the heist theme seamlessly integrated into the skins.
This partnership coincides with the promotion of the upcoming film, Mortal Kombat 2, which stars Karl Urban as Johnny Cage and Adeline Rudolph as Kitana. Fans can purchase the new skins using V-Bucks, Fortnite's premium currency, with each character priced at 1,500 V-Bucks, maintaining the usual pricing structure.

The Flare Gun, C4, and the Diplomat turret are confirmed to make a return, though other weapons remain unconfirmed. Reflecting on the previous heist-themed season (Chapter 4 Season 4), there's speculation that the EMP Grenade, classic SMGs, Tommy Gun, and even the Grappler might reappear, but these are just rumors at this stage.
