Gamescom 2024: New Game Announcements and Exciting Updates

Gamescom Opening Night Live (ONL) promises a thrilling showcase of new and anticipated games on August 20th. Geoff Keighley, the host and producer, confirmed via Twitter (X) that the event will feature fresh game reveals alongside updates on previously announced titles.

Gamescom ONL Livestream: August 20th, 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET

While Gamescom has already hinted at appearances from major titles like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Monster Hunter Wilds, Civilization 7, MARVEL Rivals, Dune Awakening, and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, the ONL is set to unveil previously unannounced games. The livestream will be available across official streaming platforms.

Confirmed highlights include:

First gameplay reveal: Don’t Nod’s Lost Records: Bloom & Rage.
New trailer: Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 from Warhorse Studios.
New game reveal: From Tarsier Studios (creators of Little Nightmares).
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6: The first live campaign playthrough.

Although Nintendo will be absent from Gamescom 2024, The Pokémon Company will be a featured highlight. Get ready for a packed show filled with surprises!
