Genshin Impact's Upcoming 5-Star Character Lineup Revealed: Mizuki in Version 5.4
Recent leaks have unveiled exciting details about upcoming Genshin Impact character releases, specifically focusing on four new 5-star characters slated for Versions 5.4 through 5.7. Version 5.3, currently live, features Mavuika and Citlali, alongside the 4-star Lan Yan arriving later in the update.
While the recent Special Program showcased silhouettes of these unreleased characters, a reliable leaker, DK2, has provided clarity on their release schedule and rarity. The leak indicates these four characters, all 5-star, will debut in Versions 5.7, 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6, respectively.
Mizuki: A 5-Star Anemo Catalyst User
The spotlight is on Mizuki, the second character from the left in the revealed silhouettes, strongly suggested for a Version 5.4 arrival. This aligns with her presence in the 5.4 beta testing phase. The beta's lack of other 5-star characters further strengthens the likelihood of Mizuki being the sole new 5-star addition in this update.
Mizuki, an Anemo catalyst user from Inazuma, hints at a potential storyline return to this popular region. This aligns with HoYoverse's pattern of revisiting previously released nations four to five updates after a new one is introduced.
Leaks suggest Mizuki will be a support character excelling with high Elemental Mastery, exhibiting promising synergy with the recently released Pyro Archon, Mavuika. Assuming a first-banner appearance in Version 5.4, players can anticipate Mizuki's debut around mid-February.
