Get ready, Genshin Impact fans! Version 5.3, "Incandescent Ode of Resurrection," is launching January 1st, 2025, bringing a massive wave of new content. Prepare for new characters, story additions, exciting abilities, and a generous helping of free rewards!
While the wait until New Year's Day might feel long, the rewards are well worth it. Version 5.3 offers a spectacular bounty: 1600 Primogems, a new glider (Wings of Fate's Course Intertwined), 10 Intertwined Fates, a free four-star Liyue character, and a new outfit for Xiangling. These gifts will be distributed through in-game mail, daily login events, and the upcoming Festive Fever event.
But that's not all! The main storyline continues with Act V of the Natlan Archon Quest, pitting Mauvika and the Traveler against the Abyss. A new Pyro element will also become accessible. Three new characters—five-star Mavuika and Citlali, and four-star Lan Yan—will debut, each boasting unique abilities. Mavuka even gets a motorbike!
