In *Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii*, Goro Majima showcases his versatility with two distinct fighting styles, including the "Sea Dog" pirate style, which boasts four powerful finishers perfect for tackling large crowds. However, collecting all the dark instruments in the game is no small feat and requires dedication and strategic gameplay.

How to Obtain the Dark God's Violin in Pirate Yakuza

The Dark God's Violin is the first Dark Instrument you'll unlock in *Pirate Yakuza*, and it's essential for progressing through the main storyline. You'll encounter this mission in Chapter 2, where Jason, a crew member, directs you to meet an old friend. This meeting leads Goro and his crew into a confrontation with the Devil Flag pirates, who have stolen the Pharoh Stone after killing Jason's friend.

Following this event, you'll meet Misaki, the orphaned daughter of Jason's slain friend, who joins the Goro Pirates seeking vengeance. The questline to unlock the Dark God's Violin takes you to the islands east of Madlantis, where you'll face a formidable fleet of Devil Flag pirates. Focus your attacks on the boss ship to advance to the next stage of the fight onboard the enemy vessel. After defeating the Devil Flags, you'll obtain the Dark God's Violin and have the opportunity to test it in a 100-enemy brawl on the island.

After the brawl, a cutscene introduces you to the captains of the Devil Flag fleet: Yakuza, Ronin, Shinobi, and Zeus. They challenge the Goro Pirates, setting the stage for the side quest. While defeating the Devil Flags isn't necessary for the main story, it's crucial for collecting all the Dark Instruments.

How to Obtain the Dark God's Ocarina in Pirate Yakuza

After securing the Dark God's Violin and engaging in the initial 100-enemy brawl, you'll notice special Devil Flag markers across the seas in *Pirate Yakuza*. Defeating these ships earns you Devil Flags, and you'll need 70 to unlock the next Dark Instrument. Engage any Devil Flag ships or treasure islands you encounter to quickly accumulate these flags.

Once you have 70 flags, Atali Island becomes accessible on your map. Prepare a strong landing party for this challenge, as you'll face multiple waves of attackers. After navigating through these battles, you'll reach a treasure chest containing the Dark God's Ocarina. However, you must first defeat Devil Flag Captain Yakuza to claim it.

How to Obtain the Dark God's Guitar in Pirate Yakuza

After defeating Captain Yakuza, a series of cutscenes and new objectives unfold, leading you to an island where the Pharoh Stone is supposedly hidden. However, this turns out to be a ruse, triggering another 100-enemy fight where you can test your new Dark God's Ocarina.

Subsequently, you learn that Zeus is headed to Flame Island. To progress, you'll need a three-star ranking and 130 Devil Flags. Keep engaging Devil Flag pirates to gather these flags. Once you have the required flags, sail to the Flame Entrance Lighthouse, triggering a cutscene and opening up four treasure islands: Sunset, Heatwave, Welldone, and Scorching Heat. Remember, these islands don't allow the use of health items during battles, so ensure Goro and his landing crew are well-upgraded.

After conquering these islands, you'll face another fleet battle. Focus on the boss ship, board it, and defeat the first mate to land on Flame Island. Choose Jason, Masaru, Minami, and Saejima for your landing party. After a series of smaller battles, you'll confront Captain Ronin. Use your Dark Instruments to defeat him and his crew, securing the Dark God of the Earth's Guitar from the treasure chest.

How to Obtain the Dark God's Saxophone in Pirate Yakuza

The Dark God's Saxophone is the final Dark Instrument in *Pirate Yakuza*, requiring a Pirate Rank Four to unlock. Achieve this rank by completing main story missions, recruiting new crew members, and engaging in mini-games and side quests. You'll also need 220 Devil Flags.

Sail to the Frost Entrance Lighthouse to trigger a cutscene and engage the Devil Flag fleet blocking Frost Island. Four additional islands (Snowview, Coldwave, Icicle Island, and Glacial) are available for plundering and collecting more Devil Flags. Defeat Captain Shinobi's First Fleet before landing on Frost Island, where you'll navigate through battles leading to a cave and a recovery area.

The final boss fight on Frost Island pits you against Captain Shinobi and his men. After defeating him, a cutscene with Zeus unfolds, where he takes Misaki hostage, and Goro obtains the Dark God's Saxophone. The last boss encounter involves defeating Zeus and rescuing Misaki, a challenging two-stage battle that requires a nearly fully upgraded Goromaru. While this final fight isn't necessary for collecting the Dark Instruments, it's a fitting conclusion to your journey.

And that's how you obtain all Dark Instruments in *Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii*.
