The "Mark of Life" top isn't available for purchase; you must locate its blueprint. The quest requires you to show this top to a specific boy.

The blueprint is hidden in a chest at a particular location (see image below). Be warned: you'll face a challenging monster encounter to reach it.

Once you teleport to the designated area, prepare for battle. Pay close attention to the enemy with the button; it has a tough shield, so attacking from behind is recommended. Defeating this enemy is essential to obtaining the button needed for crafting.
