Understanding Village Earnings
Village earnings represent your gold per second, determining your rank in the Village Earnings Rank Rush event and overall game progress.
To check your earnings:
- Go to the Home screen.
- Tap the “i” icon next to your earnings (top left).
- View current and historical maximum earnings. (Note: The historical max only affects Village Earnings Rank Rush and can't be manipulated.)
Building Upgrades and Hiring Staff
Buildings are vital for gold generation. Progress unlocks more buildings, and upgrading them boosts earnings.
Increasing Earnings Through Buildings:
- Hire staff to improve building efficiency.
- Upgrade buildings to increase the hiring cap.
- Assign Fellows to optimize production.
Each building has a limited number of staff slots, expandable as follows:
- Slot 2: Unlocks after hiring 50 employees.
- Slot 3: Unlocks after hiring 200 employees.
- Slot 4: Unlocks after hiring 800 employees.
- Slot 5: Unlocks after hiring 5,000 employees.

Maximizing Family Gathering Bonuses
Each Family member's "Skill" section offers 36 gathering bonuses unlocked through intimacy.
Key Intimacy Levels for Earnings Bonuses:
100, 250, 550, 1,000, 2,000, and 5,000. Aim for at least level 550 on all Family members for a significant boost. Upgrading multiple members to 550 is more cost-effective than a few to 5,000.
