Crystal Dynamics Unveils New Legacy of Kain Projects
Following the December 2024 release of Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered, Crystal Dynamics, in collaboration with Lost in Cult and Cook and Becker, announced two highly anticipated projects. The Book of Nosgoth: An Official Encyclopedia
The Book of Nosgoth, penned by Nic Reuben of Rock Paper Shotgun, promises a comprehensive exploration of Nosgoth. Expect detailed descriptions of locations, factions, and inhabitants, along with a chronological account of Kain and Raziel's epic conflict. Beyond the lore, the encyclopedia will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the Legacy of Kain games, featuring concept art, sketches, maps, and developer interviews, providing a deep dive into the creation of all five titles.
Legacy of Kain: Scourge of Sarafan – A New Tabletop RPG
Legacy of Kain: Scourge of Sarafan transports players to Nosgoth during the Sarafan Order's brutal crusade against vampires. Utilizing the MÖRK BORG ruleset, this atmospheric TTRPG offers a streamlined, high-stakes experience. Players take on the roles of Sarafan warrior priests, engaging in vampire hunts, uncovering Nosgoth's hidden history, and venturing into the spectral realm.
