Summary

  • The Invisible Woman will join The Fantastic Four in Marvel Rivals, set to debut in Season 1: Eternal Night Fall starting January 10.
  • A leaker has detailed some of the character's unique abilities.
  • In addition, leakers now think Ultron has been pushed to Season 2 or beyond.

A prominent Marvel Rivals leaker has recently unveiled intriguing details about The Invisible Woman's ability set, set to enhance the gameplay experience in the popular hero shooter. Sue Storm, also known as The Invisible Woman, is one of the four new characters joining Marvel Rivals in the eagerly anticipated Season 1: Eternal Night Fall. Alongside her, the rest of The Fantastic Four—Mister Fantastic, Human Torch, and The Thing—will also make their debut.

Marvel Rivals has teased what players can expect when Season 1: Eternal Night Fall launches on January 10 at 1 AM PST. In addition to The Fantastic Four expanding the game's roster, Dracula will take center stage as the season's main antagonist. The announcement showcased images of a dark, devastated New York City, hinting at a new map that has sparked excitement among fans.

The well-known leaker X0X_LEAK shared a detailed post on Twitter about Sue Storm's abilities in the upcoming season. Beyond her iconic power to turn invisible, Sue can use her primary attack to either harm or heal characters. She can also provide teammates with a shield that curves protectively in front of them. Her ultimate ability will create a healing ring, offering support to allies near or far. Additionally, she's equipped with a gravity bomb that inflicts damage over time and a move to knock back encroaching enemies. Another leaker has similarly revealed Human Torch's ability to craft walls of flame, adding strategic depth to the battlefield.

Leaks have also surfaced regarding the villain Ultron, classified as a Strategist in Marvel Rivals. Originally expected to launch with the game, Ultron's introduction has been delayed, with leakers now suggesting a possible appearance in Season 2 or later. With The Fantastic Four set to join in Season 1 and speculation about Blade's imminent arrival, the timeline for Ultron remains uncertain and subject to change.

As the launch of Season 1 draws near, players are racing to complete their goals in the current season. Some are tackling the Competitive mode to secure Marvel Rivals' free Moon Knight skin by reaching Gold rank, while others are diligently working through the battle pass challenges. Importantly, players who don't finish the battle pass in Season 0 will have the opportunity to complete it later. The anticipation is palpable among fans, eager to dive into the next chapter of this dynamic hero shooter.
