Marvel Rivals released trailers for the Human Torch, the Thing and the new map

It's an exciting week for fans of hero shooters, with major updates across the board. Overwatch 2 kicked off Season 15, Marvel Rivals is gearing up for the second half of Season 1, and Team Fortress 2 has been integrated into the Source SDK. But the spotlight today is on the newest addition to the genre: Marvel Rivals.

The developers of Marvel Rivals have just released thrilling gameplay videos featuring the Human Torch and the Thing, the second half of the Fantastic Four, set to join the superhero shooter this Friday, February 21. Johnny Storm, known as the Human Torch, is a member of the Duelist class. His abilities allow him to soar through the skies, unleash fiery projectiles, encase enemies in a scorching barrier, and summon devastating fire tornadoes that obliterate anything in their path.

On the other hand, Benjamin J. Grimm, aka the Thing, falls into the Defender class. His unique skills enable him to hurl teammates short distances for strategic positioning and to send foes flying with a mighty ground slam, adding a dynamic layer to team play and combat.

In addition to these new characters, the Marvel Rivals team has teased a new map, Central Park, which promises to bring fresh environments and tactical opportunities to the game.

Get ready for an action-packed update this Friday, as Marvel Rivals continues to expand its universe with these exciting additions.
