Marvel Rivals: Season 1 Dracula Explained

Author : Peyton Feb 06,2025

Marvel Rivals' Season 1: Eternal Night Falls introduces Dracula, the Transylvanian vampire lord, as its primary antagonist. Teaming up with Doctor Doom, Dracula manipulates Chronovium to disrupt the moon's orbit, plunging present-day New York City into perpetual darkness.

This sinister plot, mirroring elements from Marvel's "Blood Hunt" (2024) storyline, allows Dracula to unleash a vampire army and establish his "Empire of Eternal Night." Facing this threat, iconic Marvel heroes such as Spider-Man, Cloak & Dagger, Blade, and the Fantastic Four unite to defend the city.

Dracula's Abilities: As a powerful ancient vampire, Dracula possesses superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, and stamina. His immortality and regenerative abilities make him a formidable foe. He also commands mind control, hypnosis, and shapeshifting, adding layers of strategic complexity to his attacks.

Playability: While there's no official confirmation, Dracula's unlikely to be an immediately playable character in Marvel Rivals, similar to Doctor Doom's absence in Season 0. However, his central role in Season 1's narrative strongly suggests he'll significantly impact gameplay through new modes and maps, and future inclusion as a playable character remains a possibility. This guide will be updated with any official announcements regarding his playability.
