  • Empire of Eternal Night: Central Park

Empire of Eternal Night: Midtown from Marvel Rivals Wiki

Empire of Eternal Night: Midtown

Kicking off Marvel Rivals Season 1 was the Midtown map, a Convoy map perfect for the game's payload-style mode. Players either escort or defend a moving vehicle as it traverses the map. This is the third Convoy map in Rivals, joining Yggsgard: Yggdrasill Path and Tokyo 2099: Spider-Islands.

Midtown depicts a New York City shrouded in the darkness of Dracula's Blood Moon. It features several Points of Interest, including iconic Marvel locations and real-world Midtown Manhattan landmarks such as the Baxter Building, Grand Central Terminal, Stark/Avengers Tower, Fisk Tower, Ardmore's Bookstore, and Timely Trend.

Empire of Eternal Night: The Mystical Sanctum Santorum

This unique, nocturnal version of Doctor Strange's Sanctum Santorum is another Season 1 addition, and it's the exclusive home to the Doom Match mode—a free-for-all deathmatch where survival is key. Top players earn wins, with the best overall player crowned MVP.

The Sanctum Santorum is a stunning recreation of Doctor Strange's mystical headquarters, first introduced in a 1963 comic and famously featured in the MCU. In Rivals, it serves as Earth's supernatural defense, filled with secrets, easter eggs, impossible architecture, and even Bats the Ghost Dog!

Empire of Eternal Night: Central Park

While details are scarce, Central Park is slated to launch later in Marvel Rivals Season 1. Based on the real-world Central Park in Manhattan, this map is expected to center around a stylized Belvedere Castle, perched atop one of the park's highest points. Its Gothic architecture will fit perfectly with the Empire of Eternal Night theme, possibly serving as Dracula's New York City hideout.

And there you have it—all the new maps coming to Marvel Rivals Season 1!
