T’Nia Miller is reportedly cast as Jocasta in the upcoming Disney+ MCU series Vision.
Deadline reports that Miller, known for her roles as Hannah Grose in The Haunting of Bly Manor, Victorine LaFourcade in The Fall of the House of Usher, and Zephyr Halima Ifa in Foundation, will take on one of the lead roles alongside Paul Bettany’s Vision.
Jocasta is characterized as “cunning and powerful” with a motivation driven by revenge. In comic lore, Ultron created Jocasta to serve as his spouse. He successfully uploaded Wasp’s consciousness into her robotic body, but Wasp alerted the Avengers, who then removed it. Although Ultron later reactivated Jocasta, she betrayed him and allied with the Avengers to defeat their creator.

Quietly in development for over a year, the series was previously confirmed to involve Star Trek: Picard writer and subsequent showrunner Terry Matalas. Matalas will serve as showrunner for Vision Quest — reuniting with several other Star Trek scribes along the way.

Deadline notes that the new series takes place after WandaVision and “follows Vision as he attempts to reclaim his memory and humanity.” Production for Vision Quest commenced earlier this spring, primarily utilizing Pinewood Studios in London (with a location shoot also spotted in Scotland).
Vision Quest is slated for release on Disney+ sometime in 2026. If you’re keeping score, this means it will likely debut before the delayed Avengers: Doomsday — but after Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
