Mortal Kombat Mobile is hitting a monumental milestone with its 10th anniversary, and Warner Bros International and NetherRealm Studios are pulling out all the stops with a major update set to launch on March 25th. This update promises new fighters, an overhaul of Faction Wars, a fresh challenge tower, and a heap of anniversary rewards to celebrate a decade of brutal, fast-paced kombat.

The spotlight of this update shines on MK1 Geras, who joins the fray as a new diamond-tier fighter. With an arsenal of abilities including power absorption, healing, and damage reflection, Geras is a force to be reckoned with. You can unlock him through Realm Klash rewards or by progressing through the Kombat Pass.
Another exciting addition is Klassic Skarlet, entering as the first gold-tier fighter capable of ascending to Level 5. She brings devastating unblockable attacks, a new Gash debuff, and the ability to siphon blood droplets from foes. You can acquire her through the Premium Plus Kombat Pass or the regular Kombat Pass.
Faction Wars is undergoing a significant revamp, now rebranded as Realm Klash. Players can choose from five distinct realms and battle it out to earn Realm Points across two-week seasons, adding a fresh layer of competition beyond just Blood Rubies.
To mark the 10th Anniversary, new ranks such as Elder God, God, and Demi God have been introduced to Mortal Kombat Mobile. Blood Ruby Packs now include exclusive Kameo offers alongside MK1 Geras rewards. The mode has also received a visual overhaul, featuring new banners, leaderboards, and fixes for lingering exploits.
New Challenges Await in the Mortal Kombat Mobile 10th Anniversary
The new Tower of Time event is an extreme challenge, running for two weeks with only 50 floors to conquer. You can collect seven new Tower of Time equipment pieces, and MK1 Smoke and MK1 Geras come with their own Brutality equipment sets.
A Fusion Boost modifier has been added to level the playing field by powering up the lowest fused card in your team. Alongside the new tower, the Klassic Tower, Dark Queen’s Tower, and Black Dragon Tower are making a grand return.
As part of the anniversary celebration, starting April 1st, players will receive a free copy of each character featured in the anniversary promo every day for 10 days. Additionally, three gold-tier fighters—Lizard Jade, Edenian Blood Sindel, and Klassic Smoke—are now eligible for ascension, offering even more ways to enhance your roster.
