Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is now available on Android. Developed by Ubisoft, the game first launched on PC in January 2024. This metroidvania action-adventure casts you as Sargon, a young warrior belonging to an elite group known as the Immortals.
The Story
Queen Thomyris dispatches you and your team to rescue her son, Prince Ghassan. Your mission leads you to Mount Qaf—once a sacred city, now a chaotic landscape overrun by time-distorted creatures and cursed environments.
Although Mount Qaf is a single location in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, it offers remarkable diversity. You'll explore a crumbling temple, a forgotten desert, and much more. The world is expansive yet interconnected, even allowing you to capture screenshots of your surroundings to aid navigation.
A key feature lets you place a shadow marker and teleport back to it at any time. This mechanic adds dynamism to both platforming and combat. Additionally, amulets hidden throughout the world allow you to enhance Sargon’s capabilities.
Sargon can unleash powerful ultimate abilities called Athra Surges, perfect for turning the tide in battle. Side quests expand on Mount Qaf’s lore and provide ample collectibles and challenges. Watch the official trailer below.
