PS5 owners will be able to play both Gran Turismo and Forza Horizon

For years, the console wars and the exclusivity of flagship games have fueled intense debates among gaming enthusiasts. One of the most enduring questions has been: Which is better—Forza from Xbox or Gran Turismo from PlayStation? With the high cost of consoles, not everyone could afford both, but the landscape is shifting, and PlayStation owners are now poised to settle this debate firsthand.

The long-awaited moment has arrived: Forza Horizon 5 is making its way to the PS5. This exciting news was officially announced across social media platforms and now features a dedicated page on the PlayStation Store. The wait won't be long, as the estimated time of arrival is set for Spring 2025, although an exact launch date has yet to be specified.

Panic Button is spearheading the PS5 port, with support from Turn 10 Studios and Playground Games. In terms of content, the PS5 version will be fully comparable to its counterparts on other platforms, and it will support cross-platform play, ensuring a unified gaming experience across different systems.

In addition to the port, a free content update titled Horizon Realms is in the works for all platforms. This update will allow members of the Horizon festival to explore a curated selection of favorite locations from Evolving Worlds, complete with some delightful surprises included in the package.
