According to prominent leaker PH Brazil, Metaphor: ReFantazio may not be a day-one release, but a strong contender for the Switch 2's launch window – typically encompassing the console's release date through the end of the year. Given Metaphor: ReFantazio's numerous accolades, including nominations for Game of the Year and wins for Best Narrative and Best Art Direction at The Game Awards 2024, and the strong relationship between Nintendo and Sega (the game's publisher), this rumor holds significant weight.
