After much anticipation and swirling rumors, Activision has finally dropped the debut trailer for the highly anticipated Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 remake!
Developed by Iron Galaxy Studios (taking the reins from Vicarious Visions, the team behind the acclaimed THPS 1 + 2 remake), this updated version promises to thrill fans with significantly improved graphics, the much-requested addition of online multiplayer, and a fresh roster of playable characters. Get ready to shred with newcomers Rayssa Leal, Nyjah Huston, and Yuto Horigome, alongside legendary skaters.
The recently released trailer offers a tantalizing glimpse of familiar locations—Airport, Tokyo, San Francisco, and Los Angeles—all stunningly reimagined with modern technology. A side-by-side graphical comparison in the trailer perfectly highlights the visual leap from the originals.
Expect to see legendary skaters like Tony Hawk, Bucky Lasek, and Rodney Mullen return. While Bam Margera's absence is noted, the Digital Deluxe Edition will offer exclusive playable characters: the Doom Slayer and Revenant. Adding to the nostalgic charm, developers have confirmed the return of a portion of the original soundtrack, featuring iconic tracks from Motorhead, Gang Starr, and CKY.
Prepare for the drop! Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 remasters launch July 11th on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Pre-orders grant access to a June demo and three days of early access to the full game.
