It’s time to step into a winter wonderland as RuneScape’s Christmas Village makes its annual return, bringing new seasonal activities, rewards, and a festive quest for everyone. Whether you’re crafting toys or chopping down fir trees, this event is full of fresh ways to celebrate the holiday season.
RuneScape’s Christmas Village kicks off with a brand-new limited-time quest, A Christmas Reunion, which takes you to Diango’s Workshop. Santa has tasked Diango with spreading Christmas cheer, but he needs your help to get the workshop running.
You’ll gather pixie helpers, craft uniforms, and even stock up on treats for the breakroom. Completing the quest unlocks the title Diango’s Little Helper, two Treasure Hunter keys, and entry to Diango's Workshop Skilling Activities.
The village also introduces seasonal tasks that let you use familiar skills in festive ways. Brew hot chocolate with Cooking, paint toys using Crafting and chop down snowy fir trees with Woodcutting. They’re all tasks you're already accustomed to, but this time with some holiday cheer and more rewards.
Another highlight this year is the return of the Black Partyhat, a sought-after reward for those who deliver letters to Santa and climb the Nice List. Along the way, you can pick up cosy clothing items perfect for the season, including winter hats and scarves, or new items like the Holly Guard and Snowglobe Lantern from the Christmas Spirit Shop.

The event also features an in-game Advent Calendar to count down to Christmas. Log in daily to claim festive rewards, with a special surprise waiting on December 25th. All these festivities will run throughout the month, before leaving the MMORPG on January 6th, 2025.
