RuneScape Reveals Epic 2024-2025 Roadmap

Jagex has just unveiled an exhilarating roadmap for RuneScape spanning 2024 and 2025, and it's packed with exciting new content! In their latest 'RuneScape Ahead' video, the team provided a detailed preview of what's on the horizon. So, let's dive right into the specifics!

What’s In Store?

Kicking things off, we have the much-anticipated Group Ironman mode. If you've been eager to explore RuneScape with your friends, this feature is for you. Set to launch later this year, Group Ironman allows you and up to four friends to embark on a new adventure, relying solely on each other's skills without any outside XP bonuses.

Come autumn, brace yourself for The Gate of Elidinis, a new Skilling Boss. You'll be venturing into the Sanctum of Rebirth to uncover a hidden shrine dedicated to the enigmatic goddess Elidinis, as part of the next major story quest.

The roadmap for 2024 and 2025 promises an influx of story quests. This winter, dive into a fresh narrative that revisits classic storylines, taking you back to the Desert for some unfinished business with Amascut.

Following the Desert Finale quests, you'll face off against Amascut, the Devourer, in a thrilling new end-game boss encounter.

Skilling enthusiasts, rejoice! Over 110 skilling updates are on the way. This year, look forward to the Woodcutting & Fletching update, complete with a new skill tree and new weapons to unlock. In 2025, brace yourself for 110 RuneCrafting and 110 Crafting updates.

Get ready for the seasonal event 'Harvest Hollow' debuting later this year. It brings a new quest, spine-chilling rewards, and eerie seasonal activities. As the year winds down, the 'Christmas Village' returns with new quests, festive activities, and a sleigh full of holiday rewards.
