Ship Graveyard Simulator Launches on Android: Dismantle Old Ships

PlayWay has brought their intriguing PC and console game, Ship Graveyard Simulator, to Android devices. In this unique game, you take on the role of a salvage yard owner, tasked with dismantling decommissioned ships. Excitingly, a sequel is in the works for PS5 and Xbox Series.

What’s Your Job?

Imagine yourself navigating through the skeletal remains of a colossal cargo ship, equipped with just a hammer and hacksaw. Your mission? To meticulously dismantle these old vessels, salvaging valuable materials to sustain your business. As you progress and level up within Ship Graveyard Simulator, you'll encounter the challenge of larger ships, like gigantic ocean liners. These ships are a maze of intricate passages and obstacles, demanding strategic planning and advanced tools to conquer.

Your daily routine involves breaking down ship components, collecting materials, and selling off the excess. Once you're ready for a new challenge, simply head back to your shack, order another ship, and wait until 8 a.m. for its delivery. Starting with basic tools, you'll eventually unlock higher tiers of equipment, including a forge for crafting and a storage specialist to expand your inventory. Plus, you'll have a truck with its own mini-inventory to help manage your haul.

A handy vendor is always nearby, ready to purchase any materials you don't need, giving you a quick boost of cash. Curious about the gameplay? Check out the Ship Graveyard Simulator trailer below!

Will You Try Ship Graveyard Simulator?

Don't expect to physically tear apart ship hulls in Ship Graveyard Simulator; the focus is more on the dismantling process. Alongside the main gameplay, you can engage in side quests from locals on the shoreline, such as retrieving specific materials or crafting particular items. While the game isn't designed to be a deeply complex simulation, it offers a soothing experience where you can unwind and enjoy the process of breaking down massive ships at your own pace.
