Honkai Star Rail Version 3.0: "Paean of Era Nova" Launches January 15th!
Prepare for a journey to Amphoreus, a new world shrouded in mystery and chaos, as the Astral Express leaves Penacony in Honkai Star Rail's next major update, Version 3.0, arriving January 15th. The inhabitants of this eternally night-bound planet are unaware of the world beyond their borders, worshipping Titans who plunged their civilization into ruin through civil war and a mysterious "black tide." Humanity clings to survival in the Holy City of Okhema.
New Characters Arrive!
Version 3.0 introduces two compelling new characters:
- Herta: A 5-star Ice-type powerhouse, a cosmic genius, and a master of AoE damage.
- Aglaea: The elegant yet deadly dressmaster of Okhema, a Flame-Chase legend whose combat style is synchronized with her memosprite, Garmentmaker.

Unraveling the Mystery of Amphoreus
The Trailblazer and Dan Heng venture into the Abyss of Fate, a realm of eerie ruins and ancient lore, where the three Titans – Time, Passage, and Law – who once commanded time and space itself, await. Players will encounter Oronyx, the Titan of Time, and unlock the Path of Remembrance. A new companion, the adorable and enigmatic Mem (who only says "Mem"), also joins the adventure.
The Vortex of Genesis Awaits!
The final destination in Version 3.0 is the Vortex of Genesis, a divine sanctuary for the Titans and the location of the Miracle of Genesis. Here, collected Coreflames illuminate constellations, chronicling the epic journeys of the Chrysos Heirs.
Returning and New Companions
The first half of the update features the return of Lingsha, Feixiao, and Jade. The second half brings Boothill, Robin, and Silver Wolf into the fray. A new Preservation outfit for March 7th is also available as a login reward.
