"Streets of Rage 4 Developers Reveal New Game"

Publisher Dotemu, in collaboration with studios Guard Crush Games and Supamonks, has introduced an exhilarating new title, *Absolum* — a thrilling fantasy beat 'em up infused with roguelite elements that promises to captivate gamers worldwide.

Set in the enchanting yet ravaged world of Talamh, the narrative unfolds following a catastrophic magical event that has left its mark on the land. The citizens of Talamh live in fear of magic, a fear ruthlessly exploited by the tyrannical King-Sun Azra. With the help of his oppressive Crimson Order, Azra enslaves mages, tightening his grip on power. However, hope emerges through a band of courageous heroes: the necromancer Galandra, the defiant gnome Karl, the powerful mage Brom, and the enigmatic Sidr. Together, they embark on a daring quest to overthrow Azra and restore freedom to Talamh.

*Absolum* offers players an adrenaline-pumping experience, featuring intense combat, upgradable abilities, and a diverse array of powerful combos and magical spells. Whether playing solo or teaming up in cooperative mode, players can strategize and execute synchronized attacks to unleash devastating combinations against their foes.

The auditory experience of *Absolum* is equally impressive, with its soundtrack being composed by a trio of legendary figures in the gaming industry: Gareth Coker, renowned for his work on *Ori* and *Halo Infinite*; Yuka Kitamura, celebrated for her contributions to *Dark Souls* and *Elden Ring*; and Mick Gordon, the mastermind behind the soundscapes of *DOOM Eternal* and *Atomic Heart*. Their combined talents promise a musical journey that perfectly complements the game's action-packed gameplay.

Scheduled for release in 2025, *Absolum* will be available on PS4/5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, inviting players to dive into its rich world and thrilling combat mechanics.
