Terminator 2D: NO FATE Announced – A New Game Set in the Terminator Universe

Studio Bitmap Bureau is bringing a blast from the past with their upcoming side-scrolling game based on the iconic Terminator 2: Judgment Day. While inspired by the film's thrilling plot, expect original storylines and multiple endings that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Rest assured, however, key moments from the movie will remain true to the source material.

Players will step into the roles of the legendary T-800, the resourceful Sarah Connor, and the now-adult John Connor, each offering a unique gameplay experience. Take on the T-1000 as the T-800 and Sarah Connor, or lead the resistance as John Connor.

Get ready for a nostalgic trip down memory lane! The trailer features the franchise's instantly recognizable main theme and iconic scenes from Terminator 2, beautifully reimagined in pixel art. Beyond the main campaign, several arcade modes promise even more action-packed fun.

Mark your calendars! Terminator 2’s pixel-perfect adventure launches September 5th, 2025, on all current-gen consoles and PC.
