The second location, further west, reveals wolves feasting on a corpse, which turns out to be the missing poacher. After dealing with the wolves, collect a piece of poacher equipment as proof.

Locating the fourth poacher requires venturing deep into the woods, where you'll encounter a group of three poachers.
