Top Bullseye Decks for Marvel Snap Revealed

Bullseye has undergone several iterations in Marvel Snap before being finalized for the Dark Avengers season. Here's a comprehensive look at how to best utilize Bullseye in your decks.

How Bullseye Works in Marvel Snap

Bullseye is a 3-cost card with 3 power, and his ability states: “Activate: Discard all cards that cost 1 or less from your hand. Afflict that many different enemy cards with -2 Power.”

This card is a perfect fit for discard-style decks, where you can use it to counter opponents effectively. When played on turn 5 or earlier, activating Bullseye allows you to discard any 1 or 0-cost cards in your hand, including those discounted by effects like Swarm's ability. Bullseye synergizes well with cards like X-23 and Hawkeye Kate Bishop, although these combinations are less discussed.

However, like all Activate cards, Bullseye is less effective on the final turn due to his 3-cost nature, limiting the window for his use. The key to his ability is the phrase “different enemy cards,” meaning he can't hit the same card multiple times, capping his potential impact but still allowing for a broad -2 power debuff across the opponent's board.

Best Day One Bullseye Decks in Marvel Snap

Bullseye is best suited for discard variations rather than standalone decks. Here's a recommended discard deck that incorporates Bullseye:

  • Scorn
  • X-23
  • Blade
  • Morbius
  • Hawkeye Kate Bishop
  • Swarm
  • Colleen Wing
  • Bullseye
  • Dracula
  • Proxima Midnight
  • MODOK
  • Apocalypse

This deck includes Series 5 cards like Scorn, Hawkeye Kate Bishop, and Proxima Midnight. While Scorn and Proxima Midnight are essential, Hawkeye Kate Bishop can be replaced with Gambit if needed.

The strategy involves playing Bullseye early, then using MODOK on turn 5 to activate Bullseye's ability, debuffing the opponent's board. This setup allows for powerful plays with cards like Scorn, X-23, Blade, and discounted Swarms, culminating in Dracula snagging Apocalypse to secure victory.

Alternatively, you could experiment with a Helicarrier and Victoria Hand list, but the above classic discard style is more consistent.

For those interested in a different approach, Bullseye can be integrated into the meta-dominant Hazmat Ajax deck, despite recent nerfs:

  • Silver Sable
  • Nebula
  • Hydra Bob
  • Hazmat
  • Hawkeye Kate Bishop
  • US Agent
  • Luke Cage
  • Bullseye
  • Rocket Raccoon and Groot
  • Anti-Venom
  • Man-Thing
  • Ajax

This deck is costly, featuring multiple Series 5 cards. While Hydra Bob can be substituted with another 1-drop like regular Rocket Raccoon, the other Series 5 cards are crucial for optimal performance.

In this setup, Bullseye acts as a secondary Hazmat, synergizing with cards like Silver Sable, Nebula, and Hydra Bob, enhancing Ajax's lane-winning potential. Whether this variation outperforms decks with Red Guardian remains to be seen, but it offers a unique twist on Bullseye's use.

Is Bullseye Worth Spotlight Cache Keys or Collector’s Tokens?

If you're not a fan of discard or affliction decks, Bullseye might not be worth your resources, especially with other powerful cards like Moonstone and Aries on the horizon. However, if you enjoy these deck types, Bullseye can be a valuable addition to your collection.

And those are the best Bullseye decks in Marvel Snap.
