After nearly a decade waiting, Clash Royale players finally get an Evolution upgrade for the fiery Inferno Dragon. Supercell commemorated this long-awaited moment with a hilarious reveal featuring Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola as the dragon's over-the-top Hollywood agent.

Watch the Inferno Dragon ditch its battle duties to chase fame and fortune in Tinseltown, complete with theatrical demands and diva behavior. This trailer marks the legendary card's first major upgrade since its debut nine years ago.
The Evolution transformation significantly boosts the Inferno Dragon's effectiveness. Unlike the original version that lost damage buildup when switching targets, the evolved form maintains its escalating attack power for devastating results.
Inferno Dragon Evolution Ignites New Season
The "How to Evolve Your Dragon!" season brings back fan-favorite 2v2 League battles alongside the Inferno Dragon Evolution. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ladder.
Arena 7+ players can earn exciting rewards through Milestone Events, including Lumberjack Evolution Shards, Epic Books of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items. Two Crown Chase events offer Battle Banners with frames and decorations plus additional Evolution Shards.
Special game modes will showcase Evolution cards throughout June and early July:
- Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft (June 2-9)
- Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) with exclusive emote
- Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) - deck with 4 Evolution Cards
- Magical Trio (June 16-23)
- 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30)
- Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) - decks with 8 Evolution Cards
