Tormentis: A Free-to-Play Action RPG for Android and Steam
4 Hands Games has launched Tormentis, an action RPG now available on Android and PC (Steam). Initially released on Steam in Early Access, this free-to-play mobile adaptation retains the core dungeon-crawling adventure, adding a strategic dungeon-building element. Optional in-app purchases are available.
Unlike typical dungeon crawlers, Tormentis lets you design your own dungeons. Craft intricate labyrinths packed with traps, monsters, and surprises to safeguard your treasures from other players. Simultaneously, you'll raid other players' creations, battling their defenses for rewards.
Your hero's equipment dictates your battle strategy. Loot from successful raids allows you to equip powerful gear with unique abilities. Unwanted items can be traded via an in-game auction house or direct bartering.
Tormentis' dungeon-building component encourages creative fortress design. Connect rooms, strategically place traps, and train your defenses to create the ultimate challenge. However, before unleashing your dungeon upon others, you must first complete it yourself to ensure its effectiveness.
