Obtaining the Prison Guard Outfit:
The Prison Guard uniform, belonging to the San Andreas State Prison Authority (SASPA), is a readily available option. To unlock it, complete the Diamond Casino Heist prep mission, "Vault Keycards." This mission requires stealing two keycards from Duggan and prison guards. Upon completion, purchase the outfit from the clothing store within the Diamond Casino Heist section.
Acquiring the IAA Agent Outfit:
The IAA Agent uniform, worn by CIA agents at the International Affairs Agency, adds another layer of law enforcement style. To obtain this outfit, complete any of the following ULP contact missions:
- ULP - Intelligence
- ULP - Counterintelligence
- ULP - Extraction
- ULP - Asset Seizure
- ULP - Operation Paper Trail
- ULP - Cleanup
Before starting a ULP mission, equip the IAA uniform from your wardrobe. Then, navigate to the interaction menu, select "Style," then "Illuminated Clothing," and scroll for approximately 30 seconds. Wait an additional 15 minutes to be kicked from the mission due to inactivity. Upon returning, your character will be wearing the IAA uniform.
Accessing the Justice Officer Outfit:
The Justice Officer uniform presents a more refined police aesthetic. However, this outfit is temporary and cannot be saved to your inventory. To wear it, complete either the "Cops 'n' Crooks" or "Truck Off Versus" mission. The uniform will be removed upon mission completion.
