White Steam Deck: Limited Stock Available

Author : Jonathan May 14,2025

After three years of anticipation, Valve has finally released a white version of the Steam Deck, delighting fans who have been eagerly waiting since the initial prototype reveal in 2021. Dubbed the "Steam Deck OLED: Limited Edition White," this sleek new model is set to hit the market on November 18, 2024, at 3PM PST, priced at $679 USD.

The release of the white Steam Deck is a limited edition event, with Valve confirming that only a certain number of units will be available worldwide. This exclusive model will be distributed proportionally across regions, including North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Australia. Due to the high demand and limited stock, Valve has set a restriction of one unit per account. Additionally, only accounts that have made a purchase on Steam before November 2024 and are in good standing will be eligible to buy this coveted device. Valve has made it clear that once the stock is depleted, they will not produce more of this particular design.

White Steam Deck Launches in Limited Numbers Starting Nov.18, 2024

The excitement around the white Steam Deck has been building ever since Valve showcased a white prototype during the Steam Deck presentation in 2021. At the time, fans could only dream of owning this stylish variant, as it was not available for purchase. Greg Coomer from Valve mentioned, "This is a prototype only. We love it too, but we’re not able to bring it to market at the same time we’re shipping the Steam Deck," hinting at potential future color options.
