WoW Patch 11.1, "Undermined," Expands Beyond the Goblin Capital
World of Warcraft's upcoming Patch 11.1, "Undermined," introduces Undermine, a sprawling subterranean Goblin city. But the expansion goes beyond this central location, adding several new subzones.
Key additions include Gutterville and Kaja’Coast. Gutterville, situated within the Ringing Deeps, features Excavation Site 9 and shows signs of Black Blood corruption. Kaja’Coast, a Goblin encampment near Zuldazar's Bilgewater Bonanza, offers another potential entry point to Undermine.
These discoveries, gleaned from game files by Wowhead, reveal a more extensive update than initially anticipated. The map of Undermine itself showcases Slam Central Station, a key hub with five apparent access points, suggesting the possibility of three additional, yet-to-be-discovered, Goblin-themed areas.
New Locations in World of Warcraft Patch 11.1:
- Undermine: The subterranean Goblin capital.
- Gutterville: A subzone in the Ringing Deeps' southeastern corner, potentially connected to Undermine and featuring Excavation Site 9.
- Kaja’Coast: A Goblin camp in Zuldazar, near Bilgewater Bonanza, likely serving as another Undermine access point.
While the official release date for Patch 11.1 remains unannounced (estimated for mid-to-late February), the Public Test Realm (PTR) launch is expected in early January, allowing players early access to explore these exciting new locations.
